This coin is referred to as ‘ Nieuwe Gouden Zonnekroon ’ (New Gold Sun Crown) in Dutch. De Voogt 7 Pannekeet BAT.02 Only 6 pieces of this type seems to be known, with only one in private hands. Coats of arms of Bronckhorst, Batenburg, Stein (Q1 and 4), Blankenheim (Q2 and 3) and Manderscheid (surtout) (Source: Wikipedia) HPM and Pannekeet mention Roucy as an option (next to Blankenheim) for the coat of arms with the lion, but there is no lion arms of Roucy in its history known. Van der Chijs calls the surtout arms of Stein, which is also not correct.
